Why Choose Austin Bedient

I’m proud to call Delhi, New York, my hometown. Born and raised here, I have deep roots in Delaware County and a genuine connection to the people, communities and  the Catskill lifestyle . To me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property, it's about helping people find a place they can truly call home.

Before entering real estate, I spent six years as a teacher and coach and nearly a decade volunteering with the Delhi Fire Department, including serving as an officer in the Department. These experiences taught me the importance of listening, communicating, being dependable, and putting people first, qualities I bring to every client.

My passion for real estate began after purchasing my first investment property in 2023. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my knowledge and develop a genuine passion for helping others navigate the real estate process. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling, or investing, I want you to feel confident knowing you have someone in your corner who will listen to your needs, communicate every step of the way, and work hard to help you reach your goals.

I’m proud to be part of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, giving my clients a personal, local approach backed by the resources and experience of an established company.

My goal is simple: to build relationships, earn your trust, and make your real estate experience as smooth as possible. If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or investing in Delaware County or the surrounding Catskills, I’d love the opportunity to get to know you and help you take the next step.
